NPC&M is offering an exciting unpaid Corporate Internship designed for Business and Management students seeking real-world professional experience in a dynamic, growth-stage environment. This part-time, remote internship is focused on supporting NPC&M through a critical scaling phase, contributing directly to the implementation of strategic projects across business operations and management. Interns will work closely with company leadership and gain hands-on exposure to how a nationwide commercial construction and facility management firm operates and grows.
Responsibilities
Support the implementation of strategic projects related to NPC&M’s post-acquisition integration and business development initiatives.
Assist leadership in the coordination, tracking, and reporting of key operational and strategic milestones.
Conduct research and analysis to support business decisions, market expansion planning, and process improvements.
Help develop internal tools, templates, and documentation to support company operations and management.
Participate in project meetings, prepare meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
Support the organization and management of company data, records, and reporting systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across construction, management, and facility services.
Contribute to special projects as assigned by senior leadership.
Requirements | Skills
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (Required).
Strong interest in business operations, strategic planning, and organizational management.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Comfortable working remotely with the ability to stay engaged and proactive without direct supervision.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment.
Qualifications | Experience
Active enrollment in an accredited college or university Business or Management program (Required).
Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
Prior internship or work experience in a business or administrative environment is a plus.
Compensation
This is an unpaid internship position.
College credit may be available – interns are encouraged to coordinate with their academic institution.
